Shipping Policy

At HimVedas Healthcare Private Limited, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and reliably across India. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, dispatch, and deliver your orders. Please read it carefully before placing your order.

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India through our logistics partner Bharatship. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

If your pin code is not serviceable at checkout, please contact us at avinashkumarsingh996@gmail.com or +91 81300 62898 and we will do our best to arrange an alternative delivery solution for you.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and dispatched within 24โ€“48 hours of successful payment confirmation, on working days.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive an order confirmation SMS and email immediately after payment, and a dispatch notification with tracking details once your order is shipped.
  • During peak periods, sale events, or festive seasons, processing times may be extended by 1โ€“2 additional business days. We will notify you if there is any significant delay.

โš ๏ธ Note: Processing time is separate from delivery time. Total fulfilment time = Processing time + Delivery time.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

4. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping is available on all prepaid orders across India.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may attract a nominal handling fee of โ‚น50โ€“โ‚น80 depending on the order value and delivery location. This will be displayed at checkout.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product sent).
  • For returns, reverse pickup is free of charge if the return is due to a damaged, defective, or wrong product. For all other returns, reverse pickup charges may apply.

โœ… Tip: Choose prepaid payment (UPI, Card, Net Banking) to enjoy free shipping on all orders.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and tracking link via SMS and email.
  • You can also track your order via the Track Order page on our website using your order ID and registered phone number or email.
  • For any tracking issues or delays, please contact us at avinashkumarsingh996@gmail.com or +91 81300 62898 with your order ID and we will assist you immediately.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Cash on Delivery is available on select pin codes and order values. Availability will be shown at checkout.
  • Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. Our delivery partners may not carry change.
  • If you refuse a COD delivery without a valid reason (e.g. change of mind), we reserve the right to restrict future COD orders on your account and may charge a return shipping fee.
  • For COD orders, refunds (in case of return) will be processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS) to the account details provided by you within 7โ€“10 business days.

7. Delayed or Missing Deliveries

  • If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe, please first check the tracking link provided at dispatch.
  • If the tracking shows delivery but you have not received the package, please contact us within 48 hours of the reported delivery date.
  • We will investigate with our logistics partner and provide a resolution โ€” either re-dispatch or full refund โ€” within 5โ€“7 business days of investigation.
  • HimVedas Healthcare is not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, courier partner issues, or any circumstances beyond our control. However, we will always assist you in resolving the matter.

โš ๏ธ Important: Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive the package. After 3 failed delivery attempts, the package may be returned to us. Re-dispatch charges may apply.

8. Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Do not accept the delivery if the outer packaging is severely damaged and the product appears compromised.
  • If you have already accepted the delivery, take clear photographs of the damaged packaging and product before discarding anything.
  • Report the damage to us within 48 hours of delivery via email at avinashkumarsingh996@gmail.com with your order ID and photos.
  • We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at your preference, at no additional cost to you.

9. Address & Delivery Instructions

  • Please ensure your delivery address, pin code, and phone number are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for failed or delayed deliveries due to incorrect information.
  • Once an order is placed, the delivery address can be changed only before dispatch. Contact us immediately if you need to make a change.
  • We currently do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a full street address.
  • If you have specific delivery instructions (e.g. leave with neighbour, ring bell twice), please add them in the order notes field at checkout. We will communicate this to our logistics partner on a best-effort basis.
