4. Orders & Payment
- By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase a product. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.
- You will receive an order confirmation email upon successful placement of your order. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.
- We accept payments through Razorpay, Cashfree, UPI, Net Banking, Credit/Debit Cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where available.
- All online transactions are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We do not store your card or banking details on our servers.
- In case of a payment failure, the amount debited from your account will be automatically refunded within 5–7 business days by your bank or payment provider.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears to be fraudulent, placed with incorrect information, or that cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

5. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
- Delivery is made via our logistics partner Bharatship and typically takes 3–7 business days across India depending on your location.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our control.
- Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the courier. Please refer to our Refund & Returns Policy for damaged-in-transit claims.
